By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. <\/p>\n\n For deliveries outside Switzerland \u2013 particularly to the EU \u2013 additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.<\/strong> The customer is responsible for handling the import. Synix assumes no responsibility for customs delays or rejected shipments. <\/p>\n\n Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed hygiene products if their seal has been removed after delivery. In the case of socks: a return is only possible if the goods are unopened, unworn, and in original packaging<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return.
